The apartment was very spacious and clean, with excellent heating and extra blankets and pillows provided. the host thoughtfully supplied tea, coffee, soft drinks, and chocolates, along with a map of the city. the location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and important sites. the availability of a lift made transitions easy.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about.

We got great value for our money at Atocha Palace. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and close to major sights. The staff treated us with really good hospitality.

The breakfast option could have been better.
